"Surprise"

Not exactly a portrait, but a picture from October that is also a picture from my "Minds Eye" from many years ago when this abandoned stretch of road was actually a two lane highway with vehicles traveling at 55 to 65 mph. Hardly seems like it could have handled that traffic from the looks of it now. Many dips, and curves that dropped suddenly to the right or left as you went around them.
It's north of Hancock (somewhere).
Anyone care to venture a guess as to its location?
P.S. when I mentioned its north of Hancock, that could mean from a mile or 2 to many miles ....
